DAK condoles demise of noted pediatrician, Dr. Daljit Singh | KNO

Srinagar, April 12 (KNO) : Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK) on Friday condoled the sad demise of Prof Dr. Daljit Singh, who had played a very significant role in developing department of pediatrics at Government Medical College Srinagar. “An alumnus of Medical College, Dr Prof Singh was astute pediatrician with extraordinary clinical skills. He was the Professor with tremendous inclination towards research projects and diseases which were commonly inflicting children of state,” DAK president Dr. Suhail Naik said in a statement issued to KNO. “A visionary academician Prof. Sethi was deeply committed to develop child care services in Kashmir. Dr. Daljit Singh who hails from village of Kreeri breathed his last today at Narayana hospital Jammu,” he said. Dr Naik said that his death is a irreparable loss for the Kashmiri community and will leave a void in the medical as well as the social field.(KNO)
